Does anyone have any info on if any special memberships or costs are associated with realtors to put their tours on Realtor.com, Trulia or Zillow. Do any of them take it right from the MLS or are there extra steps? | ||

@foxwrth13 So in general based on San Francisco bay area market/MLS Zillow/Trulia will pull over the "virtual tour" link from most MLS feeds. So as long as the agent enters the MLS compliant url in their virtual tour feed that will automatically feed over. Noe the agent can then log into their Zillow/Trulia account and replace the feed link with their branded link. There is a warning stating that the feed will replace the data but I have not found that to be the case for the virtual tour link. There is no fee to place virtual tour links on Zillow and Trulia. Realtor.com - The virtual tour does not feed over. Agent logs into site, selects "Virtual tour & website links" and enters the link. I'm a member of three MLSs. I've noticed that one of the three has updated the listing entry form to include both branded and unbranded links. Hopefully they all ultimately do this but for now it's a pretty safe bet that if an agent wants the branded tour visible on the internet She/He should log into each site once the MLS feeds out the listing and check/change the url. Hopefully that helps. |

Would be really interesting to hear some examples from agents regards average monthly prices for Zillow etc. Here in the UK many agents (estate agencies) pay upwards of £1,000 pcm just to list on Rightmove. |
