I recently was contacted by a realtor who is listing a 65,000 sq ft warehouse. He is inquiring about what the cost would be for doing a Matterport 3D Tour. I've never had to price anything this large. My largest I have priced out before is 8,000 sq ft in my pricing structure which I charge $469. But being 65,000 sq ft I am unsure of what to charge.

I know some people have had success with using their Matterport cameras with spaces this large and am aware there is a chance it can work smoothly or it could have issues when scanning.

What have others charged for spaces this large for a realtor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
