| Could this be a source for any business? While searching through old threads on Apartments.com, I became aware that they had done some mass scanning. Checking the local listings, a number of apartments have Matterport Tours but a significant number do not. Has anyone been successful in being able to scan these and get the Models added to the apartment listings? Looking at the Add a Listing form only photos can be uploaded and the only way to add a link would be in the Description field. Does Costar (?) have the monopoly on the business? Do they subcontract to local providers? Looking at some of the Models they do not look that great so I suspect they do it very cheaply. Thanks |

| CoStar has their own cameras and were an early customer of MP. CoStar owns the models and they are only used on apartments.com. Depending on the advertising tier a MF community is paying for, determines if they have MP Spaces of the community. Those without Spaces didn't subscribe at the required tier. |

| Thanks for the confirmation. Talked with Costar yesterday and if a client wants to sign up for the right level they send a team out from Detroit (120 miles away) to do the photos and tour. The team are Costar employees not contractors. | ||
