Promoted Post ---- --- [Inman Connect Article] Engel & Völkers puts immoviewer 3D tours in every brokerage office The immoviewer partnership was announced at E & V Exchange, an annual conference where Engel & Völkers businesses throughout North America come together to network, celebrate and share in being members of the real estate network. Each of the 118 Engel & Völkers brokerage offices will be equipped with an immoviewer 360 hardware kit and Google Cardboard Glasses. With immoviewer, Engel & Völkers agents will be able to capture and produce professional and polished 3D virtual tours to share on their Social Media accounts, website, and email. Buyer’s agents can give potential homebuyers LIVE virtual showings easily within the immoviewer dashboard. Homebuyers and sellers expect agents to offer new technology that enhances the customer experience. According to the most recent Profile of Homebuyers and Sellers from the National Association of REALTORS® more than three-quarters of homebuyers found virtual tours useful and 70% of agents said that consumers expect virtual tours available. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Engel & Völkers North America to deliver virtual reality technology to their license partners and advisors across North America. We have seen incredible results for real estate professionals including quicker turnaround time during the home buying process, a decrease in the amount of time sellers need to vacate their properties and more flexibility for homebuyers to view multiple homes. Virtual reality is quickly becoming an industry standard in real estate and companies that don’t embrace this technology will quickly fall behind the pack.” -Ralf von Grafenstein, immoviewer CEO --- Special Offer for We Get Around Network Basic, Standard and Premium Members ✓ two free months of immoviewer service ✓ 38 Percent Off Monthly or Annual Plans |

weird... one of E&V realtors here in Montreal just announced that they will offer MATTERPORT for each of their listings (coming soon)... Doesn't mention immoviewer anywhere. Maybe it's different in Canada? Or maybe that realtor didn't read the full memo? Matt |

Dear Matterport, If you're reading these posts it might be time to come up with a 'mini' version of your camera. It has to be cheaper, faster and a competitor to the Ricoh Theta S. Great stuff! |

Yeah Matt - I have a ev office that uses MP too. They did it on their own and didn't wait on the corporate forces to make the move

For those of us who throw a fit when Realtors are buying cameras, this changes the equation completely. I too have shot Matterport tours for E&V agents. If I were to guess, E&V is promoting use of this but still leaving the door open to use of other technologies at the agents' discretion. Immoviewer seems like a smart way to roll out something that can achieve parity nationwide. Might not be the same as Matterport, but you can certainly imagine Realtors running around with a Ricoh Theta S setup and getting the job done without any professional help. |

I have seen some pretty bad immoviewer jobs too...I don't understand why exactly they are pushing this over MP - MP is way better imo
