@Kevin_iGuide And, for the potential buyer of a home looking at an iGuide, can you describe the iGuide measuring feature? Dan |

Dan, the measurement functionality is presented in the iGuide video I included above, at 1 min 15 secs. This is a very powerful tool at a few different points in the Home Buying process: 1. Home Shopping Buyers and Prospective Buyers (or renters) can determine whether a space meets specific requirements (eg pool table). It is convenient for buyers but more importantly agents who will often have to make trips to the home or bother the seller to get this important property information. 2. Closing Process Buyers want constant access to their new property. Buyer and Seller agents are inundated with calls, emails, walk-throughs and trips back to the house. It is time consuming, costly and disruptive to the sellers. iGuide provides buyers with 24 hour access to the home. Buyers can take the iGuide with them to the stores when shopping for furniture, appliances and fixtures. Inspectors and Appraisers can use iGuide as a tool for reporting on the home. If there are renovations through decorators or contractors, they can be given access to measurement tools that will also save time and cost. |

@Kevin_iGuide I noticed that Matterport broke MP2SQFT+ – a free third-party tool to easily and quickly (and free for Forum Members) to calculate square footage for invoicing by square feet (and meters). With iGuide, how does a Pro calculate square feet (meters) for billing? How accurate? And, the iGuide Camera System uses laser. Why does this matter for floor plans and measurements? Dan |

Pro's calculate the properties area using the iGuide System. They do not need to have any previous floor plan experience. The System does the work. When we send our Pro their iGuide Report, we include the Floor Area calculations for both: - Interior Area - Exterior Area We are 99.6% confident in our measurements. Accuracy is a word you really cannot use in property measurement as you cannot guarantee that walls are 100% straight from one end to the other. Therefore, the standard is to use 'Measurement Confidence'. |

@Kevin_iGuide The iGuide report can be sent to both the iGuide Pro and the real estate agent (to help the agent create the listing). Where does the Pro get the total square footage (or meters) for billing? Dan |

When the iGuide is completed and pushed to the cloud for use, we automatically send the iGuide Report to the Pro so they can: 1. Calculate their charge for the job 2. Share with the agent so they can create their listing marketing Because our Pro's are often out working all day and won't get the Report off to the agent right away, they can add the agent's details to the email list so the iGuide Report can automatically be sent to them as well. @Kevin_iGuide Okay. Great. While Matterport offers statistics, Matterport does not offer an automated tool for sharing statistics. And, while a 3rd party solution, MatterStats, enables the automated sharing of Matterport stats, I could imagine that Matterport’s new Terms of Service announced yesterday (1 March 2017), will put the kibosh on this. What stats does iGuide provide and how are these stats shareable with our clients? Dan |

Our Sample iGuide Analytics is found here: http://www.goiguide.com/ Dan, if you request it - every Monday morning we will send out iGuide Analytics to whoever the Pro includes on that email list. Note: Pro's do not include themselves as they would be getting hundreds of emails every Monday morning. Pro's will often have the Analytics emailed to the Agent and many Agents will ask to have their sellers also included on the mail list so they too can see the weekly traffic their home is getting. Whats on the Analytics: We break the data into 3 sets: - All Time - Last 7 days - Last 8 Weeks We provide: - Number of Visitors - Number of Unique Visitors - Visitor Duration (a big plus for iGuide) - where traffic is coming from - We break the traffic patterns into daily activity and weekly |

No, we don't. We see ourselves as the Intel Chip of the Home Marketing System. We want Pro's to know who we are but are far less concerned about their clients knowing who we are. We would like to add some subtle brand identity somewhere as we are often referred to as 'the new Matterport' but have not come up with a clever subtle way yet. We do however create opportunities for our Pro's to brand the tours, so clients who see it and like it, know who to call to get one. - We brand the iGuide Report for our Pro's - We brand the visuals with a camera cover for our Pro's - We brand the Floor Plans for our Pro's - All branding is removed if clients require a 'white label' unbranded version. |

Yes, here is a link to a Brochure Creator sample, from our website: https://manage.youriguide.com/feature_sheet/#/?g=vA9NKIQM7SZID1 We discovered that many agents were not utilizing the opportunity to add brochures to their MLS listing when they should be leveraging every opportunity to brand and link themselves and their listing. Some of our Pro's have also created add-on bundles where they will include the creation of a 2 or 4 page feature sheet with printing. The solution can be as turn key or as complex as the agent wants to make it. |

@Kevin_iGuide Great. An opportunity to bundle or offer as an optional extra. Sounds like huge value for the agent and super-easy for the Pro to create.... How about social media? How do posting an iGuide to Facebook compare to posting a Matterport Spaces 3D Tour to Facebook? Can you give a link to an example posted to Facebook? Dan |

The first is using our new Photospheres: https://www.facebook.com/CliffRegoTeam/posts/1478121072206699:0 The second is using photos from the iGuide: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1394729447225859&id=214689398563209 The third is using our 'Autopost' feature: https://www.facebook.com/iguidequinte/posts/1423410701011421 All three are specifically using interactive tools to drive engagement and hyperlinks to drive action from the viewer. |

@Kevin_iGuide Matterport has very restrictive Terms of Service about the ownership of our photography. As I mentioned, Wednesday (1 March 2017), Matterport announced their new Terms Of Service. These TOS are even more onerous for professional photographers (and 3rd party developers). 1. Does a Pro own the photography? 2. Is the Pro restricted in anyway in the use of the content? Dan |

Planitar (iGuide) does not own the photography. When it comes to the photos, Pro's add the photos to iGuide galleries for the use of their clients. When it comes to the iGuide - the Pro's own the data that they capture with the camera and then give Planitar rights to use the data to create and share the iGuide. Planitar offers to host the iGuide for 12 months at no charge. For many clients of our Pro's who want the data to exist for longer and on their own servers, we provide Pro's and their clients with the production files which they can take and host elsewhere. We would like to see them hosted with us as we continue to update the interface and user experience but we do not lock anyone into our system. |

@Kevin_iGuide That's great. Pro own their intellectual property and can do with it want they want. Which brings us to ... I was super-excited when 3rd party service provider - Chris Hickman at @Metroplex360 - offered his MP2SV service to convert and publish Matterport Spaces 3D Tours to Google Street View. Then, Matterport asked him not to offer this service because they said it violated the Matterport Terms of Service. Please talk about iGuide to Google Street View via MP2SV. Dan |

We were super excited too when @Metroplex360 offered to work with our Pro's to deliver; what we believe is the most compelling Google Inside Tour Package the market has ever seen. We started working together in January [2017] and had some tremendous reception from our network [of iGuide Pros] which we expect to translate into great returns in the fall when the real estate market slows down a bit. We are also seeing some of our Pro's building teams to address this separate iGuide Business Tour market. Here is a link to one example of how @Metroplex360 and iGuide are being used for Google Business applications: http://www.goiguide.com/iguidebusiness |

@Kevin_iGuide Very exciting. The views that Google Maps delivers is astonishing. Super-excited that Planitar is SO supportive of Pros shooting once and being able to deliver two solutions. In another area of growth ... Virtual Reality (VR) is exploding (in a good way) this year (2017). Matterport offers VR of its 3D Tours. What about iGuide? Dan |

Our position was to hold off on rolling out a headset version of iGuide for as long as we could. When we developed iGuide we needed to make sure our structure was compatible, which we did but felt strongly that we would hold off on a headset offering until mobile was addressed by the major search providers and web service providers. Unfortunately, we still don't feel it is being adequately addressed for anyone in our category however the realtors are demanding of our Pro's and we want to give them an offering. We will be completing our headset compatible version in the next couple months. |

@DanSmigrod Let's talk about the business side ... Matterport will sell its Camera to anyone. I have done many meetings to sell-in Matterport Spaces 3D Tours and then the prospective client bought a Matterport Camera. Does Planitar sell iGuide Camera Systems to real estate agents? Dan |

It is not our place to criticize another companies business model. We are looking to build a network of Pro's who will be able to service the real estate industry and numerous other industries looking to utilize our technology. We do not see much return on selling cameras to agents who may only produce a few tours a year. We believe that great photography is critical to delivering a complete iGuide solution. We want to support Pro's who earn their living by providing this and other related services to realtors. |

@Kevin_iGuide Okay. But ... Since Planitar does not sell iGuide Camera Systems to real estate agents or brokers, why was Planitar at the tech savvy real estate conferences Inman Connect in San Francisco (2016) and New York City in January (2017)? My impression was that the Matterport sales team was there to sell cameras to real estate agents and brokers. Dan |

Like you @DanSmigrod, there were a number of professional photographers at the show and really the best ones attend these shows. The ones who want to know what is happening in their market and their clients. We were there looking for Pro's to join our network plus the added benefit of collecting leads for our Pro's. @DanSmigrod, we enjoyed your company for a good part of the show, along with a number of our Pro's who were enjoying bringing their clients over to ask us questions and find out more. I saw it as a hugely successful opportunity for us to engage with our clients and yours. |

@Kevin_iGuide While Matterport is still relatively new, there are markets that already seem oversaturated with Matterport Pros based on pricing that Pros are charging. (More supply than demand.) What is the Planitar business strategy about the number of iGuide Camera Systems that it will sell in a market. Dan |

We have a magic number of cameras that we believe are required to service the market we want to cover. Our hope is that our Pro's will continue to grow and add cameras to their team to meet the demands. When a Pro has reached their capacity and not want to grow any further, we will add additional Pro's; but the addition will be complimentary not predatory. |
