| Hi all, Just working through setting up our analytic auto send for a few clients. Absolutely love the Matterapp "Stats" and mailchimp is great because it integrates well with our marketing and CRM however I'm having a little trouble. All our clients are in folders, I am able to easily filter to find the folder and generate an RSS Feed url. This works as it should for most of our clients, however a few folders it is only pulling the very top tour. Anyone know a fix for this? I've tried everything I can think of thus far, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

| *BUMP* No one has encountered this issue? I've tried a host of troubleshooting options and nothing has fixed it.. Any and all suggestions encouraged  |

| Just a note to anyone reading this -- I'm not keeping track of who is actively using MatterStats. I've kept the app/tool rather simple and avoided storing any data that is not necessary. If I had a vocal userbase, I would perhaps make feature requests. One idea is to actually pull the information automatically once a day and cache it. This would speed up loading tremendously. In addition, I could potentially allow feeds to be setup by selecting tours - not just filtering. I opted for filtering simply to streamline operation. My hope would be for Matterport to add this functionality themselves. That's the point of everything I do on matterapps.com -- find interesting ways to add missing features. |
