I should know the answer to this, but it really hasn't come up before the last week. I've always noticed occasional yellow tinting to parts of the model, but I'm at wit's end with the last three that I shot in a condo - all three have a very pronounced yellow coloration of the tile in the kitchen, specifically. I think the client will accept as is, but ...jeez! This one has a large fluorescent light overhead. Others have had spot lights (possibly fluorescent bulbs). The only things all three have in common are: 1) light colored tile,2) black granite countertops, and 3) stainless steel appliances. What am I missing?? Or is this just one of those things?? |

Is your camera up to date on the firmware? Mine was like that before last update but now it works great most of the time.

My firmware says 2.2.2 - is that the current one?

Firmware can't fix everything.

Does anyone know if it's related to a specific type of lighting, contrast in lighting, or anything I can work with? I just hate seeing that ugly pee-yellow color show up in my work and not be able to do anything about it.

@Chemistrydoc I am not at home to look and see what I have on my camera. Mine was bad like that before updating. I do sometimes still get the yellow color but nothing like I use to. Just open capture app and leave it open for a few minutes. Then turn camera on and it will let you know if it is outdated. |
