I have a customer that just posted to trend MLS unfortunately the virtual tour doesn't syndicate does anybody know of a service or a way to get the link syndicated across multiple real estate websites | ||

It really depends who they are using as an MLS service provider. My wife is a Realtor and we still have that issue. These MLS providers need to step up their game. I'll be watching this thread for a good answer to. |

The MLS is TREND MLS. Did the agent say they don't syndicate or did you talk to Trend to see if its just that the broker doesnt have syndication turned on. Some brokers have syndication turned off or syndication to realtor.com on but the rest off. If the agent has idxbroker there is a way to jiggle the syndication from TREND MLS to IDXBroker then back out to national websites. If you need help PM me and I will show you how to show them to tweak the syndication features inside their IDXBroker account. However, if TREND MLS is not allowing idxbroker to do it then it ma not go through. I would check with Tech Support at TREND MLS first and ask what the allow. |

They posted directly with trend MLS I checked with them they don't support syndicating the virtual Tours I also asked them if we created a website if we are allowed to put the wording in but not the physical link and they said no | ||
