| Facebook says every user has 182 friends. Real Estate Agents have 1012 on average. Friends, clients and fellow agents has them having a lot. So when you do a tour take a photo of them to give to them saying "You should share this on your site and social media so your clients know you use the most innovative marketing out there. Buyers and Sellers are picking agents that use this over others these days." Then you share it on your facebook and get the agent to share your photo and recommendation of them on their personal and business facebook page. When they do you get the possible exposure of their 1000 friends. Text like "(Agent Name) just had us do our premium marketing on their listing. This 3D immersive marketing helps buyers and sellers experience real estate in a way that nothing else does. More and more people are using agents that use this. | great idea im also now including the agent in the scan, i invite them to stand at a point and look inviting and this familiarises the agent with the buyers. i.e. buyer walks into the open and says " hey i saw you on the virtual tour great work" Boom the agent gets brownie points straight away and this also works with the agents wanting more scans done on their properties/listings |
