Wish List: Matterport Workshop Best, Dan ---- Tweak the 'Hide Scan' Button Users can click 'hide scan' while navigating a tour, however, often this is done on accident while navigating. The icon to do this should be offset from the button, perhaps in a box that resembles a Mattertag. View Estimated Surface Area Measurements in SQFT/M2 Until 1/25/17, Matterport's cloud was generating fairly accurate measurements of each 'section' of the generated dollhouse/floorplan. This data was made available via MatterApps's MP2SQFT platform alongside a visual representation of the data. This is very useful data as it can help with billing and adds great value to the platform. Despite the removal, it can be generated via the Three.js library that Matterport uses for Showcase. Remove Label Presets Allow labels to simply be text inputs rather than function like saved tags. This behavior is just weird as labels are not globally defined outside of tours, yet act like global tags. Unnecessary and confusing. Custom IDs for Panos Add a textual ID for panos to use for reference; or to use in the Showcase SDK. Design Studio / Mesh View While I do not see these features as necessary, these were ideas shared in concept videos from 2014 that many MSPs are still interested in. It would be interesting if this was released as a 'Matterport Lab' to showcase off the SDK, rather than released as a core part of the Matterport platform.
