| So this is what my client said and I have NO idea...Help me gang. HI Douglas, The embed code does not work properly on our website. When you try to navigate the screen goes black. Any ideas? Does MatterPort or the software have any WordPress plugins that would alleviate this issue? Fitz |

| WP3D is the best plugin to use. It is by far the most feature rich way of adding scans to wordpress. Yes it will cost but it does some amazing things to matterport scans. |

| Ask them to try a different computer. Their video card on their computer may be having a problem. WP3D Models is a great solution and depending on your membership here its included. | ||

| But besides WP3D, which I use, the code from Matterport should work without any problem. Before adopting W3PD I used Matterport embed codes and they worked perfectly well. @GlennTremain may have a point here. Ask your customer to try in a different computer or check their video card. |

| It could also be an HTTP vs HTTPS problem as mentioned in one other post. Is your site on HTTP or HTTPS? If you provide the full URL, that will help. | ||

| If for some reason you don't want to use Ross's absolutely amazing, out-of-this-world, WP3D Models plugin, I have a very humble Wordpress plugin that allows embedding by typing a shortcode. https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-gallery-for-matterport-showcase/ [matterport src="uKDy9xrMRCi"] This also embeds the tour wherein the user clicks it and it will appear as a lightbox overlay that will maximize its size. I need to update my shortcode at some point with the full gamut of parameters that are available. |

| I have several examples through out my site. You can find a hotel example here: https://perspective3-d.com/hotels-vacation-rentals/ I use the plug-in from @metroplex360 because I like the way it presents the model when it is embedded. For me, it doesn't take the place of WP3D Models. It's just a way to display the model. I use WP3D Models for the single property site you place the model in. https://perspective3-d.com/3d-model/hotel-saugatuck/skinned/ Of course there are a ton of other excellent features that come with the WP3D Models plug-in...
