| I have a real estate broker asking me for some material he can use while presenting himself to a potential client. I would love any suggestions, examples or material out there to share with him. He does not use a computer or ipad to when he is with the client, just a 3 ring binder. this means offering him a showcase of properties is out of the question. I look forward to hearing everyone's thoughts |

| He must at least carry a mobile phone....he can show clients examples using just that and explain how much better it is on an Ipad or a PC. Terry |
