Hi guys. Yesterday made a large room. 21,000 feet! 197 scans. Capture was crashing 5 times. Ipad can not show 3Dsnovsase. Chromium and IE switched off two times. I need to show it to the customer. I think that it was necessary to separately scan each floor (1st floor - 10500 feet). Give advice: Now how is it possible to do something 2 model and showing them separately? |

You should be able to save the 21,000 model as two copies (keep the original though!) and then remove about half the scans on each and then upload for processing.

Max I uploaded model for galaxy note 4. No problem ... as the scan is large enough it can be loaded for a long time , depending on the Internet speed. We had a scan of a shopping center that's three floors.it makes sence sometimes to split them up. You can copy the model in capture app and delete one of the levels and re upload. Matterport suggested for us to make sure that we are running updated capture app and also most recent updated I pad software. Other than that your model worked and looked pretty good
