 This is what I get when I try to view a MP model on my phone or iPad. It looks like it is trying to open it in the 3D Showcase app but it doesn't open. Anybody experiencing the same? I'm using an iPhone 7 and iPad pro. |

| @Queen_City_3D that's what happens when I click on a link in an email for example. It opens the 3D Showcase app and then it doesn't load. | ||

| What link are you trying to open? Can you open this link? https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=gjb7UUq4JmS I've seen some people send the workshop link by mistake and not the model link. |

| @Queen_City_3D clicking on your link gets me to that option. It doesn't just open the link in safari anymore. I have to copy the link and paste it in to the address bar for the model to be displayed. | ||

| @Chadcloses I solved the problem: when that happens you just need to click on the very top right- go to matterport.com and it opens the browser again. | ||
