Hey @pixelray. Can you elaborate? What is a regular, non-3D virtual stager?

Just jpg's of an empty home that needs some virtual furniture. Just trying to make it clear I didn't want any 3D staging.

I still don't follow. Do you mean like adding clipart of furniture in Photoshop?

Yep that's what blue sketch can do for you. You can take a photo and add furniture to it.

@Jamie - I guess I've never seen that. I've used them (very happily) for floor plans. I just can't imagine 2D furniture added to a photo not looking absolutely terrible. I'd be curious to see some examples.

Those are great. I didn't realize they did that as well. My confusion is that the furniture in her examples is 3D, not 2D. If that's what @pixelray is looking for, I'm confused by his question. Sorry to belabor this - I just wondered what "regular non-3D furniture" was. I'm still picturing some poor sucker with an Xacto, paste, and a pile of magazines.

Haha now that would be a crappy job. They use the angles of the walls and 3d images that are tgen rotated in place to match the original angles. I've done them myself before. It's not terribly difficult but it does take a bit of creativity to male it look nice |

@ThreeDImaging, Yes, that is a link to one of my websites. I create these for some of my clients. Thanks, Jon |

Yep...that's what I'm looking for Jon. Think I found what I need - provided the Realtor decides to go for this. We'll see! Thanks for the input. @jscottsmith - sorry - I have never been very good at wording things so that all understand. But, from the examples I have seen, some people do amazing work doing this stuff. My client wants to print some of these and display them in the home - vs actually staging it to save money. |
