I would love to see more of peoples final work. Maybe if you have a favorite site you have recently done you could share it in this tread. This is the most recent one I did for one of my friends. I am a Broker but I do help my friends. This home is in the Mid 600 price point about 15 mins drive time to downtown San Diego. I would love your opinions. clickable text |

OK, i did this yesterday (1 of 3 jobs yesterday): https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=tsheRnyR1Vv my opinion is that most scans are done too high. @GeorgeK model starts out with us looking down like 15° so it's a 3 point perspective. MP tech support even once condemned (too strong a word) me for shooting too low. If your camera is around 4' off the floor, one can wander around a property with the viewpoint horizontal rendering 2 point perspectives while keeping the vertical field of view (ceiling vs floor) equal. I am a big proponent of this and all you tall people can stoop down and kiss my tripod. |

I'm shooting at 4.75' (1.45m) from floor to center lenses on camera. My latest scan, and maybe someone might be interested in a nice holiday home in South-Africa. At the going rate it would be approx $ 490,177 USD. :-) 64 Dover Street, Sedgefield, ZA other scans on jc3Dcx |
