| Correct me if I'm wrong... but you never could download the 360 picture. All you could do was take a snapshot from within the 360 and add it to the highlight reel... isn't that right? Or what do you mean by downloading a 360 picture? |

| That is absolutely correct and it's insane and ridiculous that we can't download the 360 degree photos from a camera that we pay that much money for. I will never understand it. and honestly, I'm pretty surprised that a lot more people aren't very upset about it. | ||

| @achabot Oh But there are many that are very upset. There was a site we could download them from but Matterport "patched" that hole, sent a cease and desist letter to the third party developer, and prevented us from being able to do that. They claimed it was against their terms of service. |

| OK, correct me if I'm wrong. What I've done is to take the snapshot from the 360 view and then located the photo on the Assets Tab under Snapshots. It then gives the option to download or use as start location. They download fine for me this way. Or am I missing something? | ||
