| Today (12 May 2015), We Get Around launched the Emergency Support Hotline for Matterport Photographers. The Hotline is available 24/7. (+001) 404.303.7311 Extension 2 (Atlanta, Georgia USA) Our Emergency Support Hotline is like Uber for 24/7 emergency support. (When you call, we simultaneously ring five Matterport Pro 3D Camera Photographers. If no one answers after five rings, we go on to the next five and so forth.) Today, we have Pros from four countries in various time-zones for support in English. We are in the midst of adding more Pros from more time zones. Plus, we anticipate providing support in additional languages. The hotline is "staffed" by We Get Around Referral Network of Matterport Pro 3D Camera Photographers (whom are also members of the Matterport User Group Forum. I encourage you to use the free Matterport Support first (details) as well as this free Forum. The We Get Around Emergency Support Hotline is USD $95 for up to 30 minutes.
