| The Matterport Team sent this email today (12 May 2015) about a new feature: how to auto-play Matterport 3D Showcases. I reprinted it here in case anyone wants to comment -- or ask questions -- about this new feature. (Seems like this affects those that have created Content Management Systems (CMS) for 3D models. Dan ----- Announcing Autoplay for 3D Showcase Dear Matterport Customer, Embedded 3D Showcase models can now be configured to play as soon as the web page loads. Autoplay is one way to encourage visitors to interact with your 3D models. For web pages with multiple Showcase models, Matterport recommends that you enable autoplay for only one model. To use autoplay, add &play=1 to the src attribute, as seen below. EXAMPLE <iframe width="853" height="480" src="https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=YJrquK9RCiE&play=1" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> If you have any questions or comments, please contact support@matterport.com. | Hi Dan... Thanks for posting this. This is now an option that has been added to the latest version (1.1.2) of WP3D Models. I thought I would really  this new feature, BUT ...I just removed the Matterport autoplay feature from the front page of our website because it seems to "lock up" clicking on anything else on the page until the 3D Showcase finishes loading. Is that "lock up" a function of Chrome? Squarespace? Embed code? Other? Thanks, Dan |

| Hey Dan.. Have you had a chance to use it on your "Gallery"? Maybe try enabling this on one of your single model pages to see if you get the same "lock up". I haven't experienced that behavior yet in my (limited) testing. |
