| In my market many realtors start taking their sellers properties off the market until spring (April) I'm not sure why but this is the case. They are asking if I can hold the showcase private until spring and then make it public again. Question is do I charge them so much a month for holding? Do I charge them full price again in the spring? Not sure what to relay to them. Thanks for your input! | ||

| @HarlanHambright Ha!Ha! not too many folks are looking for a winter place in Minnesota! But I don't get it either - maybe these sellers are snowbirds and don't want to deal with heating their property? Do they feel they would have to settle for a lesser price in winter months? I'm thinking more toward a monthly fee for holding the property. | ||
