Samsung Gear 360: How to Improve?3127

I just got my very first 360 camera. Recorded the kids soccer game at resolution 2560x1280. In all my wisdom that to me is pretty high resolution. When I play it back, it looks like complete garbage. I want to make sure I have this set up right before going out to properties. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the playback to look better? My guess is it has something to do with the output settings or the action director software. Would love some help.

Hi htimsabbub23

2560x1280 is high resolution on a normal monitor, but when stretched 360 degrees around the viewer, it looks pixellated.

This thread on reddit seems to say that you can increase the resolution a bit further through the camera's settings:

And this blog post seems to say that you would get the maximum bitrate for your video if you stitch on a Galaxy S7:

Hope this helps
