Help! Does anyone know what this means?3071

Hi there

I have done a shoot earlier today and received the email from MP saying the scan is available and this is the message I get when I go in to look at it.... so weird! Has anyone experienced this and know what I need to do?

Are you accessing this model from your my.matterport page or did you try directly copying the url in the browser?

I wonder if the model is still in private mode and hence only can be accessed through the my.matterport page.

I must confess that I never received such message. I am just guessing here

It's usually a typo in the address you might have copied wrong. If @jfantin suggestion still have you with this issue then try these things

Yes I've tried accessing through the link in the "your model is ready email" and then I've logged into my account seperately in different browsers and the same message keeps coming up... I haven't even edited it yet.... so I haven't changed the privacy settings

I've just marked it as public and copied the link and it works..... and now that I've done that its fixed itself in my.matterport! Thanks for your help @GlennTremain @jfantin I really appreciate it!

I think that any model in private mode has this error message if you want to see it directly by using the url in a browser.

But it should be visible to you, as the creator, when accesing the model through your https://my.matterport profile.
