| It'll just hang with the blinky running dots. I find this a bit unacceptable as clients would need reliability. Not sure what versions etc, but I assume all things uptodate as of 4/25/15. Anyone with problematic loads onto iPad? Also, model loads onto iPhone has been crashing after a few steps in the model. Wondering if latest update made things worse? |

| @Chankane my.matterport working on my iPad. I've been tweaking a model the last hour or so without problems either on my iPad (to view) and 3D Workshop to disable scans. Have you tried restarting or doing a speedtest.net on your iPad (and iPhone)? Dan 12:30 pm ET (Atlanta) Sunday, 26 April 2015 |

| Thanks guys. The model worked well on my iPad but crash on my iPhone. Might be a simple memory problem. What's odd is my.matterport is not loading on my iPad. | ||

| If you are using an iPhone 6 plus it might not be so odd, as they have been found to crash a lot more that iPhone 6 and iPhone 5. I have had this happen to my iPhone 6 plus as well while my iPhone 5 runs the model just fine. | ||
