My model which disappeared is back online complete with mattertags and we have received an email from matterport marketing asking to feature the model   http://galgorm.3dshowcase.co.uk/ I would just like to thank Glenn in matterport support for his help in reinstating our model which I think someone in our organisation deleted by mistake Glenn called me via telephone while I was on vacation in Amsterdam to talk with me in a bid to get the correct model back online. It was 2.15am California time. I know matterport get a lot of stick on here for poorly support but I must say that Glenn has been nothing but great assistance on this matter and gone beyond the line of duty. |
