| Hi guys As you may know my spa job disappeared from the web and my control panel. | I don´t see it. But lucky you that have received news from Matterport Customer Service. I have sent a ticket 14 days ago a they never answered! Good luck with this. As @malfie says, if they can see it, then it still exists so you will get it back. |

| I had something like this happen on Friday. Worked on a model and when I went to view it only saw the background- not even the text seen on yours. Sent in a ticket Friday afternoon got a response Tuesday saying there was a maintenance outing on Friday. Model was back up Friday evening. I did get that same error message when I put the help=1 code in the wrong place. |

| LOL DSPhoto I gave up hope long before I even posted this thread. I have sent the link to this thread to matterport support so that they can be in NO doubt that my model is offline WORLDWIDE. I think they get the message!! |

| Screen shot the error message and this forum thread! Might be just too much trouble for them to actually click a link! And they should have better equipment than to have a "maintenance outage"!! Does not inspire confidence. They should be mirroring the models on more than one server. To have a model tour not show - that should be fixed in minutes or hours - not days. If this keeps up - then someone should have a page listing the models, date, response or lack of and so on. Of course it should be an open page for all to see! I am still sitting on the fence as far as buying a Matterport... Years ago there was a problem with the Fuji S2 pro cameras - the sensors stopped working. All the cameras, details were listed on the web. Guess what - Fuji paid to replace these. Had to send mine in - they got it back in less than a week and paid the return shipping!! |

| I had to reupload from my ipad and redo the whole thing as I am sick waiting for matterport support to reinstate the original model. I'll be looking for a refund of the original upload never mind the work that went into mattertags that I still need to redo | ||
