| Hi All, Help please ... We need the Matterport Community to rally ... A Forum Member is having trouble uploading today (Saturday, 24 September 2016). He is running 10.0.2 on an iPad Pro 128 GB 9.7 (wi-fi only). Anyone experiencing any upload problems with iOS 10.0.2 while running the current Matterport Capture app (Version 2.20 | last updated 18 August 2016). Anyone know details about a potential Matterport bug, as relayed by @PhotoJoe after chatting with Matterport Support today. (In this Forum discussion.) Best, Dan |

| I am not sure if this is what @Lizzg was suggesting, but can @PhotoJoe log into another users account and upload it to someone else's account? I would be willing to give him permission to try and upload it to my account and see if that makes any differnce. | ||

| YUP. I had an issue last week trying to upload. Not exactly the same as our other friend though. The capture app reported it was fully uploaded but it wasn't showing up in my models. Finally, I changed the name and re-uploaded. Once I did that, both the old and new models showed up immediately in my matterport showcase as processing models. And it took forever. |

| I just finished a long project (430 scans), on my iPad Pro 128GB 9.7 with iOS9.3.4 and Capture 2.2 (372.13684) app. I'm experiencing uploading issues too. This model should take a while to upload, instead it uploads in a matter or seconds. My sense is that it's uploading only the metadata, but no actual raw data. I'll escalate to support. |
