| 9I've tried everything. What would happen if I deleted the capture app and reinstalled it? Sometimes that helps with other apps. Would I lose all of my scans that haven't been uploaded? | ||

| I would suspect that you would most definitely lose those scans. After all, where else would they be stored? | ||

| Photojoe do have access to second Ipad, run 2 scans delete the app and reinstall the capture app, in some cases I have seen data saved but have never tried it with capture. If you do this please post results. Ron |

| Two ways to ensure you will not lose the scans. *Preferred* Get iExplorer you might be able to use the iTunes app. Copy everything in the Matterport app folder to your computer. If the models are not there when you reload the app restore the folder to the iPad. Use iCLoud back make sure your Matterport app is included in the backup. Remove and reinstall app. In a couple of days the data may show back up. |
