David: Zillow and Trulia embrace the Matterport 3D tour. But sadly Realtor.com has a business plan to soak/charge/fee up the deal they have with listing agents. So - you have to "enhance" your entire listing stream. Charges vary but can be $$$thousands a year if you list hundreds of houses. I am currently showing my growing M3D tours only on Z and T. They will be getting pressure to change as their market share and share of ad spending keeps going down. |

Just got off the phone with Realtor.com, and they echoed what Jon said above. You have to purchase the "enhance listing" feature to add or edit things like photos and virtual tours. Personally, I think it is ridiculous that a website funded by REALTORs like us is charging us extra just to make the slightest changes to our listings. Like you, Jon, I am on the Zillow bandwagon and hope to see Realtor.com follow suit in displaying matterport tours with prominence. ![]() |

Lee: in both you have to log into your Agent Hub or Control Panel on the appropriate system. Then you simply copy/paste in the M3D tour link where prompted for each listing. |
