| Hi @Gerhard - Can you please share with me the Matterport URL that you're trying to get the images from? What browser are you using. @3Dwalkmethru - the ID is part of the link. So, using a standard Matterport link, you'll retrieve the ID at the end of the URL: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=[THIS-IS-YOUR-SPACES-ID] Does this make sense? Also @3Dwalkmethru, I tested the link you shared with me and all worked as expected generating the ZIP. Thanks! Ross |
