Matterport Support: How long to hear back?2484

Four Questions

1. How long should it take Matterport Support to reply?
2. How long does it take for Matterport Support to reply?
3. Should it 'Matter' if it is nights/weekends?
4. How good is the reply?

I will answer first ....

1. one hour
2. 3 full business days; 5 days (when I asked them to review this post)
3. No
4. Excellent on tactical questions.

With 82,000 visitors to the MUG Forum monthly and 13 percent saying that they plan to buy a Matterport Camera in the next 90 days, one might think that Matterport would want its customers – and potential customers - to see that you value support as a marketing opportunity; not just something that you have to do.

Is it just me that thinks that Support needs to respond within 60 minutes?

1_I use many platforms with live chat tech support that actually chases you to help you, so in today's market reply should be in minutes.

I can say that our new camera had an issue after the first ten scans and Matterport had a new one on the way VERY fast and was on the ball within minutes for us. Very impressed personally

The camera started making a strange noise and failed to rotate and complete a scan. It only took one phone call and email to get it resolved I have the tracking number for our new camera arriving tomorrow one day shipping. Very impressive service.
