When the outside is equal to or darker than the interior, you will get great scans. As I shared in our We Get Around blog posts above, I scan the identical space twice: ✓ 1st set of scans - build out the floor plan view and dollhouse view and interior spaces such as bathrooms and stairs ✓ 2nd round of scans scans - when the lighting outdoors is "golden hour" I have about an hour to re-scan just the spots I want you to stand to view the room and outdoor views. In Matterport Workshop, I then disable the first set of scans (except stairs and bathrooms, for example) Bonus: Sometimes I wait until night time to add a few scans to see outdoors at night.
