Using a Matterport Pro3.

I scanned the building and I've got the model. Are there options (other than using Matterport) for generating CAD plans or a Revit model?

Check Baezeni. Good value and great results. For example, MP doesn’t offer elevations with their CAD files. We needed to provide window elevations for a Designer. We purchased the MatterPak and with that Barzeni created the CAD files. Client was very happy. We always work with Bach. He’s great.

If you are good with Revit and have a license for it you can just buy e57 from Matterport and use Recap to register all scans and get it out in rcp format. Rcp project can be created in Recap with a free version but for registration you will need a recap license.
e57 from Matterport will come with scans pre-realigned and with 360 photos embed, however scans are not registered.

We run Revit in our office and have a couple licenses. I’m looking to streamline the process and leverage the experience of others to provide the model/plans. We can then adjust and add our standards, etc.

Matterport is just grossly over-priced for what you get. Baezeni reached out and there end product looks good. If we can take their model and overlay our standards, I think we’ll be golden.
