| I'm not here to bash ionblade first off. This is a clients relationship with ionblade and we will be installing a site monitor for sure, I have it on all 554 clients we host on wpengine. DM me the url please. Its been 5 days of the site down. we had to reach out to them when it should have been proactive. If this was a grandma's kitty sweater site with no ranking or traffic I wouldn't have my pants in a bunch but this is a client that is maps ranking #1, organic #1-#3, AI SEO top ranked on all of the top questions. The client didn't even know and ionblade didnt know till we brought it up. No I dont offer the great deal he has (wgan special deal way back when) and they have been attentive in the past I'm not here to bash ionblade. I have been doing internet stuff since 1994, servers since 1999 and have managed 15 dedicated servers at a time and they were saying one thing now another and just recently said the site had a catastrophe. I just want to see that (proof DM me url please) the ionblade is not having trouble. Advice? if your site IS up get a complete backup each month. If this client had we could have had the ste back up in 2 hours |
