Google won't send any emails about it. Compare your google account with your client google profile to see if your account shows the whole set bundled together for the tour. You should have the same amount in the set as total amount of your 360 photos on the client's profile.

Google is buggy and most of the time 5-10% of 360 from Matterport are going to maps without a place ID. If it happens with this tour your client profile will be missing these 360 and it may break some parts for your tour. On your account 360 photos that are missing a place id will be show outside of the whole set with a message saying that there is no place id.

I do publishing from Matterport all the time and I have to download all 360 photos into Pano2VR for a few reasons including those that are missing a place ID. For some reason Pano2VR see all including the ones without a place ID.
Then I delete it from Maps using Pano2VR or Matterport publisher and do publishing from Pano2VR as many times as it takes to get all 360 published with a place id.

As for the time required to get the tour working on maps it can days from days to a couple weeks sometimes.
