If you walked into a realtors' office with the sole intent of selling them on purchasing one, or hopefully multiple tours, from you what are selling points on matterport? I am sure this has been mentioned many, many times before on here but couldn't find an exact thread with selling points info. in it. I am looking for things along the line of "Helps purchasers know more info. about property thus reducing walkthroughs of non-interested homes, saving the realtor time" If you had to come up with a list of three or so selling points what would it be? |

Ha! @MadHusband All BS aside, Dan has put a LOT (tons) of value into his We Get Around Referral Network and he's negotiated some super great bargains that apply to members only. One of the biggest challenges in this Matterport business (and a highly talked about subject in this forum) is marketing and actually making money so, naturally, Dan has created and developed super effective systems that help you get business by building relationships with Realtors. While it is true that I do a lot of 'free' scans, my last campaign (Friday, June 24th) netted me 36 scans...33 of which I get paid for. If you're new to this business, the SMARTEST thing you can do is join the network, research the tools and implement the ones that make sense to do so in business model. All 36 orders were strictly from Real Estate agents. Before you spend another penny on ANYTHING, join his network and take advantages of the benefits. The greatest thing is you can cancel at anytime but the chances are you won't because he's constantly adding things to help you. It's worth every penny. |

I recently signed up for the We Get Around Referral Network after Dan was kind enough to call me personally and discuss not only the benefits but also how to grow my starting matterport business. There is a lot of value in the Referral Network but I have to say it's not easy to navigate. It seems every link in any email or on the page just lead in a circle back around to the sales page. I managed to get my pin on the map, fill out my profile, and sign up for the included marketing videos, which is amazing, but it was a struggle to get there. I know there's a lot more going on but without a streamlined way of finding it all I'm just back to simple cold calling. Any insight on how to easier navigate this resource would be much appreciated. I know the value is there, I don't regret signing up, I just want to have my business go from a hobby to a money maker. |

You probably don't see or hear from me in the forum for 2 basic reasons. One, my questions are answered in the Forums and two, I read the threads that forwards to my email. Having said that, I salute and thank Dan for having this Network available for Realtors and Entrepreneurs. Many thanks and a shout out to Ross for his outstanding software. Both responds promptly to emails and phone calls, even while driving, not to mention responding to a question very early in the morning or just before midnight or 2 min before and after meetings. It's awesome! Finally, thank you to those who are active in this forum, if you guys don't know who they are, they are the men and women that answers from silly to problematical questions. They have the experience, the knowledge and the time to help everyone one in this Network. Read those emails from We-get-around-referral-network and you will see what I mean! I'm still a Realtor for over 25 years, and with Matterport, it's a no brainer. You know sometimes you don't have to sell a tour, why? Because it sells itself, In my case, I educate them the advantage and benefits of using an Interactive Virtual Tour. Then they put their order in. Where do I get the knowledge from? We Get Around Referral Network. Thanks all! Keep up the good work everyone. |

@MadHusband I just recently signed up for the We Get Around Referral Network. I for one was not going to sign up for yet another thing I have to pay for each month. Why should I? I can go out and get my business just by talking to Realtors®. Well one day Dan posted that there was a Realtor® in my area that was looking for a Matterport specialist. I said im right here!!! Well I of course had to be in the referral network to get this great referral service... Well I still thought "how lame is this" I am not going to do this. Well Dan said that he would help me out by allowing me the referral and if I didnt get the business that I didnt have to pay. But if I did I only had to pay the $19 a month and stop at any time... Well thats a no brainer... Sign me up I said! Well I got the job and many more because of it... Now im on the beginnings of work with one Broker that has 1200 realtors underneath him. I know I wont get all of them but 10 of them would be SWEET! So after all that I got two jobs already from this monthly service... The thing I wasnt aware of at the time is all the discounts you get as well... Ive used the discounts on great things like the 3D fly in and the floorplans by Blue Sketch. I havent had enough time to go through all the stuff he puts into this network group. All I can say is it is well worth the little amount that you have to pay... |

Hey Wallyhawk. I don't think you were trying to be negative with your review of the site though perhaps it may have come across that way? Your comment, "I know there's a lot more going on but without a streamlined way of finding it all I'm just back to simple cold calling, didn't really make that much sense to me. I don't really understand what the first part of that sentence has to do w the second part. What exactly did you think the We-Get-Around network would do for you? I mention this because for me, I generally use this as a great resource; a repository of sorts. Not to mention that I've picked up some great additional resources; I had W3PD create a section of my website, I've used KOAWare for a website, etc. To me the bottom line is that the We Get Around Network is an invaluable resource, in my humble opinion, for anyone getting involved w the Matterport. Again, I don't really see your comments as being negative; critical perhaps but nothing more? Open to hearing your response. Thanks, Charlie |

There is an on boarding email when you sign up. Mine must have gotten rolled in with other emails. When Dan resent it everything made sense. Keep an eye out for that email. | ||

Ditto what wallyhawk wrote. I've received several referrals from this board and tons of info. Dan gives you some great resources when you sign up. Reading through the threads on that email will give you a great kickstart. Also, I signed up for the new thread notifications and have learned a bunch through that as well. Oh, and one thing that has been working for me lately is to tell the client that I will do the shoot at no charge. If they like it, they can pay for it. If not, I'll just delete and move on.
