Hi All, NAR report on March 2025 Existing-Home Sales, announced today (24 April 2025) • Existing-Home Sales: Fell 5.9% from February to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.02 million in March. • Year-over-Year Decline: Sales were down 2.4% compared to March 2024. • Median Price: $393,500 — up 4.8% from one year ago. • Inventory: Rose 4.7% from February to 1.11 million units, a 2.9-month supply at the current pace. • First-Time Buyers: Represented 32% of sales in March, up from 28% in February. • Days on Market: Homes typically remained on the market for 33 days in March, up from 38 days in February. • Cash Sales: Accounted for 28% of total sales in March. • Distressed Sales: Foreclosures and short sales represented 2% of March transactions.
