So I just got screwed and merged my classic account with my Pro 3 account thinking they would just be merged but that canceled out my classic account and Matterport refuses to put it back up. Now I can no longer use my classic camera on shoots that did not need the expensive Pro 3 hosting, and now I have to use a more expensive hosting program for all of my old tours and anything new. Instead of $240 a month for both accounts now I am paying $345.00 a month. Matterport never has and Never will care about us vendors and what we pay as long as it’s in their favor. Customer service guy just kinda laughed when I asked to have my classic account reinstated. I wish we had options. |

@DouglasMeyers I know they have a job to do but I wish if Matterport would address anything is there smug customer service representatives getting that laugh you got and that I got previously just is unbelievable. Sorry to hear this and I truly understand your frustration. | ||

I hate that when you ask a question and it gets forward on to engineers or legal or wherever then out of the blue a day or two later an email arrives and says "case resolved". I had a serious case and I followed up on "case resolved", the rep. said "Oh! sorry about that". but then tried to send "case resolved again" a day or two after. Complete waste of time. |
