| Hi. I've looked at previous forum topics related to pricing and I'm trying to figure out what to charge some of our customers that I have been hosting for free for several years. I currently have the classic plan and I'm up to 89 spaces. For the clients that have only one space, would it be advantageous to have them open 1 free matterport plan and transfer to them? Could I run into any issues doing this? Just want to make sure before I offer this option. For the customers that don't want to be bothered with this, I was thinking of hosting for $180.00 a year, but wondering if that might be too much. Thanks all for your input. Jim |

| You cannot host Pro Camera captures on the free plan. Archiving and Transfer needs pricing just as all processes do. Annual hosting (only) at 180 is probably top end of the price range for Pro1/Pro2 scans. | ||

| I have a classic account and host tours for clients, I start my hosting fees at $40/tour/month. I call it monthly hosting, support and maintenance. If they have volume tours I charge as little as $11/tour/month. I have one client with hundreds of tours at $11/tour/month. | A starter plan is $10/mo and includes 5 spaces. I don't know why anyone would pay more than $10/mo to host 1 space when they could just get their own plan. I charge $10/month per space after the first 6 months, but I encourage them to get their own account for long term hosting. You can transfer spaces into a starter plan, but there may be limitations to transferring a space out of a starter plan. | ||
