Hi all, I'm toying with the idea of adding virtual staging to our business. Can those of you who currently do this share the tools and any thoughts you have? Cheers |

I like the www.virtualstagingai.app. You get as many different renderings as you like at no additional fee, and it removes clutter at no additional fee.![]() |

I use virtualstagingai as well. Results are pretty good. You will have to run it a few times per room to get something decent. Also I wouldn't disqualify an image completely. I've photoshopped/masked 2 images for the same room because I wanted to use the artwork, plants, TV's, etc with the furniture from another render. Or maybe the photo is just write accept it replaced a light fixture. I personally set a cap on my time rendering rooms. If I hit that cap then I roll with the my best option, otherwise you could spend too much time nitpicking and not make any money at the end of the day. | ||

Here's a few with a little advice. One, if you're using Aryeo, they now offer this within their suite. I think you can get standard and modern style included with your service, but it's a dollar a photo for the other styles. Here's the tip. If your having issues with furniture being positioned off center check your light fixtures. You'll see in the example below how the table is off center. It tends to want to center dining room tables centered under the light, but I can't tell you how many rooms I come across where the light isn't centered in the room for some reason. So I removed the light, reprocessed it, and then added the light back in. ![]() Here's some more examples. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
