@AlexHitchcock You're products have been a game changer for me. Thank you. However, here in New York state adoption for 3D tours is still weak but my advocacy continues. One of the issues we have is that only certain 3D tours will show up as a 3D tour in the carousel on websites like Zillow which dominate in the USA. Other sites like realtor.com do Post a visual icon for 3D tours. However unless it's matterport or 3D home I'm afraid the 3D tours specifically must be found in a 3d tour link somewhere else in the page. And remarkably not all real estate websites include links to virtual tours or make them a priority. So the question is any possible workarounds to this where your enhanced 3D tours would show up? Possibly in the Zillow carousel?

@AlexHitchcock I see the pricing chart, but I also see additional services, are the additional services available for all levels? I was interested in the video embedded services and more info on your white label product.

@getmyvr great to hear you're enjoying what Captur3d offers. Thanks for your feedback. I feel your frustration in regards to real estate platforms limiting what virtual tour URL's can be showcased effectively. I've reached out to Zillow a few times, but unfortunately didn't find success in them opening this to Captur3d URL's, or other whitelabelled URL's for that matter. However, I'm confident that with some strength in numbers they may change their mind, so please feel free to contact them to request this also

Hi @ron0987 the pricing chart subscriptions are for Virtual Tour overlay features only. 'Media Embed' feature is included in all paid subscriptions. White label is included within 'Creator' subscription tier and above. Any additional services such as Floor Plans and Photo Retouching (examples attached) are exclusive from subscriptions, and are based on one-off credit purchases. For example, a high quality floor plan is a one-off payment of 16 credits. You can also buy credits in bulk to save between 10%-30% depending on how many you buy. Happy to help further if you have any more questions. ![]() ![]() |
