I have a client that is in high end retail and they use my services for matterport. With the pro 3 it caused them to use a new account - now they are paying something like 7k a year for 100 models. I think this is due to having access for multipul people working on the models with in the firm. If they did not need that does it make sense to change account - a 100 slot pro 3 account should not be 7k a year? Thank you Spencer |

Just as a solution because I do not believe multiple users will need to access at the same time. They can create an email just for a collaborator access using something like matterport@companyname.com and all collaborators can monitor this email. Once one of them needs to work on some 3D tour then they can send an email to this email account warning others they are using this email and time when others can use it. If it is too many you can do it through 2-3 email accounts created just for working as a collaborator. I am sure 100 plan should have at least 3 collaborators allowed if not more. |

Wingman - I put a new thread in to see if I can simple the request - in this case as I learn more form the client I'm hearing that the issues is FlexSpace over charges. So they have been sold a account that gives each location 250 scans - after that they get hit with overages. I would not of advised this based on the problems we are solving when scanning these locations which are many... many challages, they are about as far from straight forward scanning as it gets - between only scanning at night and cleaning crews in the day and blacked out windows that eventually get removed once start is officially open I have to often get the model and then go back in and do rounds of clean up scans so I would of advised against this and my understanding is they are paying 7k a year which just seems way out of line since my own account almost mirrors them. Thanks for any insights Spencer |
