| @ScanYourSpace - I couldn’t agree more. Matterport is still a great product that addresses the fact that the average buyer spends six weeks browsing homes online before first contacting an agent. Furthermore 80% of buyers shop homes online and I recall that’s about 95% for millennials. Every listing should have professional photos, video AND a walkthrough tour. Photos only is soooo 1980’s, but still most agents are living back there. | ||

| I totally agree with everything said here, I still find the hardest issues is to find the agents that also believe this. In my area the few and I do mean few agents that agree to this have already built their team. Trying to groom new agents to believe in themselves to build a professional portfolio for presenting to clients is unbelievably hard. Agents now are still looking for the fast easy buck even though the stats show professional presentations win more clients. |
