Presentation slides (above) too. Below is the transcript from the video as well as two recent WGAN-TV Live at 5 shows: ✓ Intro to Matterport + STAGES by SIMLAB for Construction Progress Documentation ✓ SIM-ON by SIMLAB and NETxAutomation: a Next Level of Interoperability with BMS Questions about SIMLAB STAGES or SIMLAB SIM-ON? Best, Dan Transcript (video above) - Starting this small presentation, I would like to start from our mission. What's our mission, what's our vision? So our vision is that we want to help you feel more comfortable with your property. And this is very important what we are saying here, your property, because I think that first time in this digitalization of the AEC sector, we are aiming for the facility owner, facility manager. And how we want to do it? Well, we want to provide a digital-tour experience throughout the full lifecycle of the building. And going from that point, what we are trying to solve here -- what is the problem that we are seeing in the market? Well, in the digitalization era, we see an increased amount of data, digital data, to manage. And talking about the design phase, we have a blueprint, BIM files, 3D models, point cloud after scanning. When you are in the construction side, we have documentations, per part catalogs, blueprints again, and material specifications when the building is already existing and there is a facility management of the building, there is thousands of warranties, manual, receipts, invoices, procedures, maintenance events and so on. But that also comes with the sensors IoT devices, building management systems, and this data through all of the processes don't speak to each other. It's no collaboration between these different file formats. And so even the different data formats on the different stages of the existing building. So what we are providing here is the solution; we are providing a platform that supports a facility owner, engineer, architect, bank, insurance agent or rental company or tenant of the building with a digital twin through the full process of existing of the building. So we take a construction data, we take a BIM, IFC data, we take a blueprint and we create from it of a lot of reports, compare screen options where we then treat this data for the handover process, as the asset management database, as the IoT system and building control management system with scheduling and maintenance for everyone, not just for one group of the stakeholders, which is the engineers or the construction companies, but through everybody connected to the building industry and the property industry. And how does it look? Well, this is a screenshot from our application where we partner with the world leaders in a digitalization like Matterport, like NavVis. We take the digital twin and we empower this with data, data used through many stakeholder groups where asset data IoT building management system and control issue reports goes directly to the data, and why? To coordinate, communicate and collaborate in the most easy and effective way, which is visual. That's it. Thank you. --- WGAN-TV | Intro to Matterport + STAGES by SIMLAB for Construction Progress Documentation | Guests: SIMLAB Founder and CEO Marek Koźlak, PhD Eng. and SIMLAB STAGES Product Owner Robert Czarlewski | Wednesday, 30 October 2024 | Episode: 231 | www.SIMLABinc.com and www.SIM-STAGES.com @Jedrzej @SimlabSales @SIMLAB WGAN-TV | SIM-ON by SIMLAB + NETxAutomation: A Next Level of Interoperability with BMS | Guests: NETxAutomation Software GMBH Sales & Business Development Suvankar Das and SIMLAB Product Owner/Project Manager (SIM-ON) Michał Szopa | www.SIMLABinc.com | www.SIM-ON.com | Episode #217 | Thursday, 16 May 2024 | @Jedrzej @SIMLAB www.SIM-STAGES.com --- www.SIM-ON.com |

Great post by @DanSmigrod, great visual marketing material and a great presentation by @Simlab CEO Marek Koźlak, PhD , congrats to all of you! Time for me to feed my systems with this material and grab the chance to do more with Simlabs solutions in 2025. Great so see that Simlab supports NavVis too! I have not thought yet, about combining these two to an extremely powerful new (selfhosted) reality capturing power pack! Just one thing on my wishlist for 2025 from Simlab, for Stages and especially for Sim-On: Step-by-step improvement of the UI Design - in the backend portal and also in the application frontend. Maybe take a look at Openhaus, who have a great frontend UI design, one of the best of all Matterport solutions from my point of view (together with the Matterport UI of course). Openhaus has the themes concept, which is very cool (similar to shopify and other saas builders). Openhaus has great buttons, great icons, typography and style. |
