We’re introducing our latest proof of concept: a dual-screen home navigator.

One screen displays a 360-degree first-person view of a 3D house, while the other features a floor map for real-time perspective control. Users can also customize walls, floors, and furniture textures through simple interactions.

Special thanks to XR specialist Maria Sanchez and Rigatti Immobiliare. Developed in Unity.

@Tosolini

Thank you for sharing.

Fun to see the sofa change colors.

Your thoughts on the use-case for the two screen solution (tour + floor plan)? Trade show?

Happy Thanksgiving,

Dan

Thanks Dan. I think the use cases for such an installation would be showrooms and tradeshows.
A quick note about this POC. We didn't have two touch screens handy, therefore we mirrored the extended PC screen onto an iPad using a third party app, which degraded performance visibly.

In the ideal world, you have a flat device like the Microsoft Surface tablet showing the floor map, and an external touch screen acting as an extended display.
