Here is another Mattrport issue, I was able to download the 360 pano remove the camera in the mirror and reupload it. The alignment went fine, the upload went fine. Even though I sharpened with Topaz prior to re-introducing it into the capture app this is what I got I have attached both models, which would you share?

I think I’d blur the camera and call it a day. That imported 360 is, shall we say, not ideal.

@HarlanHambright ya with all the Matterport resources it is funny we still have to point out some of the simplest problems, with all the AI and Matterport having a defurnishing app why would they not have a camera removal tool not just a blurring tool.

Personally, I am not opposed to having the camera in the mirror especially for Resale Real Estate

@ron0987 home3ds.com can download the full resolution panos which would be better for editing the lower resolution really jars the navigation when going from one to the other

Looks like $9 for all the Panos on this model

You have some scan positions that could be hidden which would make navigation cleaner and would drop you down to $5

Easier yet would be to just hide that one scan position in front of the mirror as that also doesn't radically change the tour

Couple reflections in the entry window coming in from the street that I would possibly blur

@lilnitsch thanks for the input this is resale but builder pefers the cleaner no camera look. Like I pointed out earlier MP can clear a whole room but cannot remove a camera, that makes no sense. Even if they don’t want to do it allow us to do the work but create the best tour. It just is frustrating.

@ron0987 if you hid the one scan point in front of the mirror you’d have the clean look

@lilnitsch see what happens when you set up all night editing models and photos the answer is right in front of you.it just does not fix the two larger houses with several scan leading into the bathroom but this one done.
