 PMRE 2024 News  Source: Aryeo PMRE: 23% of Aryeo Properties have a 3D Tour Hi All, 23% of all Aryeo Properties have a 3D tour, according to Aryeo Co-Founder Matt Michalski during his State of the Industry presentation at Photo + Media for Real Estate (PMRE) Conference in Las Vegas on Wednesday, 13 November 2024. Aryeo is a comprehensive content management platform tailored for 250,000+ real estate media professionals, including photographers, videographers, and agents. It offers tools to streamline the creation, management, and distribution of property-related content. Aryeo was acquired by Zillow Group in 2023. Aryeo aggregated and anonymized its data to report this key industry metric. I believe the results were for 2023 rather than a recent 12 month look-back. | I love these kinds of stats because I can present them to realtors to show the opportunity to position themselves as tech leaders by offering a full media package. I did a review of all the 187 Active residential listings on the MLS in my local area (south of San Jose, CA) on June 28, 2024. This list included single family homes, condo/townhomes, and manufactured (mobile) homes. Stunning stat: 71% used ONLY PHOTOS! This stat is higher than the same statistic from my 2021 review that showed 44% at the time were using only photos. Shows a trend toward spending LESS money on media marketing. 21% used a 360 tour. Of that number 79% used a Matterport tour. Of the homes with a 360 tour, 85% were over $1M (we got lots of those in this area!) Interesting stat: 17% used an obsolete photo slideshow Super stunning stat indicating a HUGE marketing opportunity for savvy realtors who see the benefit of using a full digital media package for every listing presentation: only 3.7% of the listings used a FULL DIGITAL MEDIA SUITE to showcase their listings (which were all over $1M). That suite includes photos, 360 tour, floorplan, video, drone photos and/or video clips, single page website. |

| I got a $5k bonus once simply for bringing up MP 3D in an interview with a seller looking originally for photos, thinking about doing an FSBO. I told him you have to get people INSIDE to appreciate it. And this place is too far out. Good news is a 3D Tour from Matterport is the only solution & perfect solution. I suggested he speak to a tech savvy agent. She listed it and it sold to foreign buyer site unseen. Active Aryeo user, love it. | ||
