Anybody is using DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and what your thoughts are? I need it for walkaround videos outside for landscaping design client. I tried to do it with Mini 3 at flying eye level and space between a house wall and a vegetation next to a fence was so narrow that it was hard especially where house had big eves and covering all skies for satellites access. It made the drone drifting al the time and needed constant correction which was not looking good in a video produced. Plus birds that were around always attacking it making it dangerous and hard to control.

I do not really want to get a gimbal for my Sonya7riv as it takes much more time to set it up and pack. It will make this service much more expensive for my client this way. Also it attracts me that I can use DJI LightCut app to put together all videos in a one nice real really quick. I worked with video editing software(Filmora) only 2-3 years ago. It has taken me 1-2 days just to learn. I do not want to get involved in doing it again.

I have seen 4K videos you can do with DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and they look great.

I don't have one, i've been eyeing it though. I have a DJI RS 3 Pro gimbal i've used with my sony's for a while. I recently got this Hohem cell gimbal https://amzn.to/3Cc0AGD and have been using that to do a lot of the newer social media vertical style videos. I like the idea of the Pocket 3 rotating screen/shots. I just haven't pulled the plug on it.

Yeah, Pocket 3 screen is why I want their 3rd version. It is not just because it is rotating, it is just bigger than in version 2 and it will help me with my not perfect vision.
I do have a smartphone gimbal(smooth 4) but all my phones are two big for it and impossible to balance properly even with extra weight added.
Plus since it is a simple capture and an additional earning for me I do not want to charge for it anything big. It looks like I can easily earn extra AU$120(US$70) for just taking a Pocket 3 out, start walking and recording. It should not take me more than 5-10 minutes as walking path is not going to be more than 200-300 meters. And even if I need to use LightCut to mash a few videos together it seems to be quite a fast process with LightCut

I have to charge more if I get my sony7riv involved and I am afraid the client won't like a service cost with it.
I have also considered getting this cheap assembly to use a mini 3 as a gimbal. However it does look bulky and not comfortable to use.
So a Pocket 3 looks more interesting and it looks so small that I can take it with me on trips for personal use. And photos from it also look great not to mention that it is really good with low light conditions.

This is the rig I put together for my pocket 3. I found the pocket 3 to not quite wide enough for interior video on homes adding the wide angle lens adapter causes too much bowing on walls (for me anyways)

Thank you guys. I was going to wait till non combo comes down to AU$700 as DJI price is AU$849 and I could not find anybody selling it for less than $810. However in the morning I found a combo for AU$929 and bought it.
Not that I need all stuff they include in the combo but I would not mind some of it and it looks like a good deal.
