Caroline Carrara, Managing Broker and Realtor at Balistreri Real Estate, sold a smart home to a tech-savvy couple in Fort Lauderdale.

Initially, Caroline wasn’t convinced of Matterport's value, but this case changed her mind.

The couple loved the modern technology, location, and design but had to relocate to California. When listing the home, it was marketed as “Modern Smart Luxury,” targeting young, tech-minded buyers. The listing featured professional photos, drone video, and Matterport, which played a key role when another young couple from across the country in California discovered the home through the virtual tour.
