Virtual tour for a business20219

daslack private msg quote post Address this user
I have been asked to provide 3 virtual tours for a local business. They have asked for the tours to be made of the showroom at each of their locations.

I am unsure if a standard Matterport tour is sufficient for something like this or if there is a better way to present the final product as they intend to publish the 3 tours on their website.

If anyone has some thoughts or suggestion I would really appreciate a reply at your convenience. Thanks.

The Matterport Showcase has significantly evolved in the last years. If you create a Matterport showcase with the latest features (tags search, keywords etc) it will be a premium product with great design.

@daslack The issue with MP is your client will have to embed the MP tour into their website. Additionally you or the client will continue to pay for hosting throughout the life of the tour.

You might want to look at 3DVista as you can create a far better tour for your client which they can host directly on their website. This depends on what camera you are shooting the pano's with. If it a Pro 2 or 3 then you are limited but you can extract the pano's by using Streetview and then import these pano's into 3DVista.

If you are using any other 3D camera you just import them into 3DVista. 3DVista if a far more creative tool and it give you the flexibility to easily update the VT throughout is life as the client request.
