| August 27, 2024 (11:20 AM Pacific Time) I just got off the phone with Matterport Support. Their Showcase and Workshop cloud servers are currently offline and their engineers are working on it. You can check the status of the Matterport system here: https://status.matterport.com/ Matterport posted: Investigating - Currently we are investigating and triaging a system degradation affecting model processing, showcase loading, workshop, API, the Discover page, and my.matterport.com. We are sorry for any trouble this causes and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue. Aug 27, 2024 - 18:01 UTC I will post an update once I find out that Matterport Workshop is back up and running. Fingers crossed! |

| Interesting. I was editing a large job over the weekend. Simply creating the Showcase Highlight Reel. I received an error code after every half dozen or so edits. The code stated “changes could not be saved. Give it a few minutes and try again.” I managed over time to complete the Highlight Reel. Tried pulling up the code via Matterport and Google. Nothing showed up. Uncertain but if my memory is correct. It was a 31035 code. Plan was to see if the issue still existed. Evidently it got worse. |

| UPDATE 19:20 UTC: From Matterport: Incident status: Monitoring Aug 27, 19:17 UTC "A fix has been implemented but we are monitoring the results." Fingers crossed—it sounds like their system is working again. I was just able to log in to Showcase Workshop. Yay! |
